Yes, you have to authorised someone to collect the BIB.

Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
Yes, you can change the category 45 days prior to the event date. If you have to upgrade the category you will have to pay the difference amount and for the downgrade of the category partial refund will not be done. NOTE: ( Incase of increase in registration fee from early bird to current, The difference amount has to be paid for the change in race category.)
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Refund Policy Event Cancellation – Full Refund will be done* Event Postponement – you can transfer your registration to your friend or family or to any other NEB event. Cancelling for personal reasons – No Refund will be done. You can transfer registration to any other NEB events. INR 250/- will be charged for any transfer of registration or credit note.
Can I cancel my registration? Will there be any refund?
