Join Jönköping 10K & 5K 2025
Regardless of whether you are an elite runner or happy exerciser, whether you want to beat your personal best before the winter break or just jog around with a bunch of friends/colleagues. Jönköping 10K/5K offers a lovely atmosphere and a completely flat course in central Jönköping. The course is controlled by confederation measurers from the Swedish Athletics Federation and seeding for most races in Sweden and the rest of the world.

When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Takes place at the start area(Lillsjöplan) from 07:30 to 10:20, on the race day. You collect everything in the start/finish area.
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
Yes, if that person knows your start number (published on the website two weeks before the race in the start list ), has your ID and their own ID.
Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
Distance exchange is only possible up to and including 15 October 2025. Administration fee is added. After this date it is no longer possible.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Registration is definitive and non-refundable. You cannot carry forward your registration to future years.
Is the track controlled?
Yes, of course all our races are controlled by confederation measurers from the Swedish Athletics Federation. Seeding basis for most races in Sweden and the rest of the world.
Is it an award ceremony?
The three fastest in each class and three teams in the team competition win prizes.
