When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Saturday 9th May - 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Location : ICC HATYAI (The 60th Anniversary of His Majesty the King’s Accession to the Throne International Convention Center) Please note that there will be no race kit pickup on the race day in any circumstances.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Registration fees are non-refundable. If a runner registers but is unable to participate for any reason, they can choose... • Regarding the delivery of running shirts and bibs, the team will send them after the event. • To cancel your registration and request a refund, we will issue a [partial] refund. Notification must be given at least one month before the event. Failure to cancel will result in not receiving any items, and you will not be counted as a runner in the event.
