The Beijing Great Wall 100 Ultra Trail Challenge will take place in Zhenluoying Town, Pinggu District, Beijing. Starting and finishing at the Zhenluoying Outdoor Sports Center, the course highlights include Walnut Valley, Pear Blossom Avenue, Orchid Avenue, and Dongsiyu Village—featuring extensive trails along the historic Ming Great Wall.

When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
1. The organizing committee will distribute the competition materials to the contestants from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm on June 7 and from 6:00 am to 8:00 am on June 8.
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
Yes, you must provide the ID card or valid original documents of the person collecting the competition materials and a copy of the valid ID card signed by the person being collected on behalf of others and the original disclaimer signed by the person being collected on behalf of others. Please inform each other .
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
After the players confirm their registration and start the payment procedure, the online transaction fees and service fees have actually been incurred. In the later stage, it also involves the preparation, procurement, production and labor costs of event materials. According to the different stages of the refund application, we will charge a certain proportion of the cost. The refund rules are as follows: · If you apply for a refund before May 1 (including May 1), you will get 80% of the refund; · Before May 10 (including May 10), apply for a refund and get a 50% refund; · Starting from May 20 (including May 20), no refunds can be processed because large payments for event materials and reservations have already been made; the above refund rules apply if the event is held as scheduled.
