Fyrí Trail by Salomon

29 km – Fýri Trail by Salomon Starting at Fýri Sports Club, the 29 km Fýri Trail by Salomon begins with 4.5 km of asphalt, gravel roads, and wide trails before climbing into the surrounding mountains. The course continues towards the Røgjin peak at 1,350 meters above sea level before descending and joining the route of the 18 km race. Runners pass two energy stations before entering 13 km of spectacular mountain terrain, winding through alpine landscapes and alongside picturesque lakes. At Hemsedal Ski Resort, runners reach the final energy station before taking on the 4 km downhill section to Fýri Resort and the finish line. After approximately 800 meters on a gravel road, the route enters narrow mountain trails and continues through some of the most beautiful alpine scenery in Norway. Runners will experience rolling mountain terrain, scenic lakes, and stunning views throughout the course. An energy station is located after 6 km. The final section includes a steep climb to Hemsedal Ski Resort. At Hemsedal Ski Resort, runners reach the final energy station before taking on the 4 km downhill section to Fýri Resort and the finish line. 56 km – Fýri Ultra Fýri Resort serves as both the start and finish of the demanding 56 km Fýri Ultra. The race opens with 7 km of asphalt, gravel roads, and wide trails before reaching Ullsåk and the first major climb. Around 12 km of spectacular mountain trails follow before runners pass through Hemsedal Village and return to Fýri Resort, where the race’s only drop zone and second energy station are located. Leaving Fýri for the second time, participants join sections of the 29 km and 18 km routes, climbing towards Røgjin at 1,350 meters above sea level before descending into the high mountain terrain. The course then continues through 13 km of rugged Norwegian wilderness, featuring mountain trails, scenic lakes, and breathtaking views. A total of five energy stations are available along the route before the final downhill to Fýri Resort. At Hemsedal Ski Resort, runners reach the final energy station before taking on the 4 km downhill section to Fýri Resort and the finish line.
