When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Option A: Friday, October 16, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., at the Benvido Hostel in Monte do Gozo. Participants who choose this option will be able to collect their entire runner's bag. Option B: Saturday, October 17, 2026, at the Start. Race number, chip, and accreditation can be collected up to 30 minutes before the corresponding Start.
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
Participants may authorize the collection of their race number with a signed document, accompanied by the confirmation, which must be presented to the organizers when collecting their race number chip, credentials, and runner's bag.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Registrations are strictly personal and non-transferable. Fee Refund: In the event of voluntary withdrawal, 75% of the registration fee will be refunded for requests made by email before August 17, 2026. Between August 18 and September 17, 2026, in the event of voluntary withdrawal, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded for requests made by email. From September 17 to October 8, 2026, no percentage of the registration fee will be refunded. Although in the event of cancellation due to justified exceptional circumstances, the Organization may reserve the spot for 2027 or allow a name change. After October 9, no changes or reservations for subsequent editions will be permitte.
