Join ATW Centurion Triathlon Box End 2024
The Metric Centurion distance has gained popularity through the PTO race series. It consists of a 2.2km swim in the clear Box End Lake, a 77km road bike ride on fast country roads, and finishes with a 20km offroad run. This 100km triathlon distance is perfect for those training for a 70.3 Half-Iron distance or those looking to step up from a Standard distance triathlon.
In addition to this unique challenge, participants can also choose to compete in the standard distances of a Standard Triathlon (1.5k swim, 38.5k bike, 10k run) or a Sprint Triathlon (750m swim, 22.2k bike, 5k run). These options can be booked through our Box End Triathlon page.
For those who prefer not to run, the Metric Centurion offers an Aquabikus (swim-bike) option. And for those who prefer to compete as a team, there is a relay option available, allowing for 2 or 3 individuals to share the disciplines between them.
It's important to note that the bike leg of this event is non-draft legal.

What is the cancelation/refund policy for this event?
You can transfer yourself to any other ATW event for a small admin fee of £5.00. If you are unable to attend due to illness, injury, family bereavement, jury service you will only be eligible for a credit on production of official evidence: Positive Covid-19 test result, Doctor’s note, Death Certificate etc.
When will I receive further information about the event?
The detailed race information including maps, details on parking, registration, baggage and start times will be e-mailed out to participants approximately 10 days before the event date. This sometimes ends up in junk mail so please keep an eye out for it!
