The refreshments posts will provide runners with food and drink to be consumed on the spot. External help to athletes is allowed only at the refreshment posts, whose locations are set by the organization.

Participants in the Whalers Great Route Ultra-Trail® will be given a change bag label, which will be sent directly to the finish (arrival) zone.
