When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
On race day near the start (Campo de Futebol Ameal - Coimbra) from 07:30.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
For reasons of force majeure, namely in extreme weather conditions or in catastrophe situations that put at risk the safety of participants, the organization may, at its own discretion, suspend, reduce or cancel the event. Suspension or cancellation it can also be decided by the Regional health delegate within the scope of the COVID-19 theme. In any of the cancellation situations for reasons of force majeure described above, the registrants will be reimbursed as follows: - Cancellation until February 2nd, 2025 - 50% of the amount paid. - Cancellation between the 3rd and 16th of February 2025: 25% of the amount paid. - Cancellation after February 17, 2025: no refund. * In case of injury duly proven with a medical report: - Until March 10, 2025: 50% - After March 10, 2025: 0%
