Can be done anywhere in the World.
Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way on the outer edge of Europe stretches along the West coast of Ireland. It begins in Donegal, and goes through the counties Leitrim, Sligo, Mayo, Galway, Clare , Limerick, Kerry and finishes in Kinsale, Co. Cork.

It stretches for 2,500km on some of the most spectacular coastal routes in the world.
Excel Sports gives you a health and fitness challenge over 4 months, that will take you on a personal journey along the Wild Atlantic Way.

A Walking, Jogging or Running challenge where you can choose a distance to challenge yourself, and get fit and healthy this Winter.

It begins October 1st, and you have 4 months to complete your chosen challenge. If you reach your destination sooner, you can keep going on the route and see how far you can go. Each challenge begins at Malin Head, and travels South on the Wild Atlantic Way.

Challenges are:
Malin to Sligo - 500k
Malin to Westport - 500 miles / 800k
Malin to Galway - 1,000k
Malin to Dingle - 1,000 miles / 1,600k
Malin to Kinsale - 2,500k. The entire route.
WALK, JOG OR RUN.
