The event returns to the stunning Portobello Resort & Safári in Mangaratiba for its third edition, happening on August 21, 22 and 23. Get ready for three days of total immersion in the sport, with high adrenaline and a breathtaking setting.
This stage scores points for the annual global ranking competition and qualifies for the TRITON World Final.

Course details
The swim course is located right within the Portobello Resort, offering an atmosphere like no other. Participants will return to the beach before heading back into the water. For the SHORT course, you complete one lap; for the MIDDLE course, two laps; and for the LONG course, three laps.
Bike
The bike course takes place at the stunning Serra do Piloto, one of Rio's premier locations for cycling races. While it’s challenging, it’s also a uniquely defining feature of the Rio TRITON 3 race. For the SPRINT course, you complete one lap (30km); for the MIDDLE course, two laps (60km); and for the LONG course, three laps (90km).
Run
Saving the best for last, the run course is set within the Portobello Resort, providing a spectacular way to wrap up three fantastic days of competition. It’s the perfect way to finish, right next to the resort. For the SPRINT course, you complete one lap (10km); for the MIDDLE course, two laps (20km); and for the LONG course, three laps (30km).

When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
- THURSDAY - AUG 20, 8:00 am – 7:00 pm at Race Office (Location: TBC). - SATURDAY - AUG 22, 6:00 am – 7:30 am – Bike Race Kit Pick-up (for those who didn’t pick up on Friday) at Mangaratiba Exhibition Park (EXPO). - SUNDAY - AUG 23, 6:00 am – 6:45 am – Run Race Kit Pick-up (for those who didn’t pick up previously) at Portobello Resort.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Up to 1 month before the event: Refunds are available, excluding platform convenience fees and taxes. (Email request is mandatory). Less than 1 month before the event: Refunds are only granted upon submission of a medical certificate proving injury or illness. Adverse Weather: No refunds will be issued if the event is canceled due to dangerous weather conditions.
