Frequently asked questions
When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
The organization will hand out the numbers and the corresponding runner's bag at the City Hall on Saturday 6/3/23 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., and in the afternoon from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. On Sunday 6/4/23 up to one hour before departure in the same place (Santoña Town Hall).
Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
Yes, as long as there are bib numbers available in the distance to which you wish to change and before the deadline for registration changes (May 21, 2023). Distance changes may be made after the deadline for registration changes (May 22, 2023), as long as the organization authorizes it and until the deadline 05/30/2023.
What is the cancelation/refund policy for this event?
You can request a refund of 80% of your registration by presenting the official medical report that certifies your injury and certifies that you cannot participate in good condition on the date of the event 06/04/2023. The certificates must be issued by a registered doctor. The deadline to request a refund due to injury is 05/14/2023.
