What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Unfortunately, refunds are not available, but if you are unable to run on the day, transfers are available until 23:59 on 9th November 2025. After this date, PLEASE DO NOT pass your race number to someone else. If this is identified, both the runner and ‘new runner’ will be disqualified, banned from future races and referred to the permit regulators.
Are prams, wheelchairs and pets permitted on the course?
Please note that pets, wheelchairs, and prams are not permitted for safety reasons.
Are headphones allowed?
In ear Headphones are strictly prohibited from the race. Bone conducting headphones are permitted – so long as you can still hear marshal instructions clearly.
