What is the cancelation/refund policy for this event?
No Refunds
Can I transfer my event slot to another year if I am unable to make it?
We know life throws us curve balls at unexpected times. A valid documentation must be provided for any medical, work related reasons for transfers to a different year. Do note that a transfer fee of $30 will apply for such transfers. (All transfers must be made at least 3 weeks before then event)
Can I transfer my category or slot to another person to take over?
If you wish to transfer your race category or to another person, you must inform us at least 4 weeks prior the the event. Any request less than 4 weeks will be subject to a $20 admin fee. Do note upgrade fees apply. (there are no refunds for downgrades)
