Spreewald Marathon
Join Spreewald Marathon 2025
Participate in one of the events of the Spreewald race weekend and get yourself a unique cucumber shaped medal! Runners can opt for running a marathon, one or both half-marathons (Saturday and Sunday) or a 10km run.
42.2 km marathon - Burg (Sunday)
The route is almost completely asphalted and very fast and fluid to run and has no height differences. There are two partially different loops. First 25km and then 17km. Until kilometer 4 one runs together with the 10km and the half-marathon runners. Then until km 20 together with the half-marathon runners. From there it goes on another route to the kilometer point 25, until you meet again on the already run part of the track. From km 25 to km 41 only 16 kilometers are to be doubled. The last 1000m to the finish are then again "new territory". Approximately 4.5km are not paved, but almost solid sandy roads.
21.1 km half marathon - Burg (Sunday)
The route is almost completely asphalted and very fast and fluid to run and has no height differences. Until kilometer 4 one runs together with the 10 km and the marathon runners. Then until km 20 together with the marathon runners. Approximately 2.5 km of the half-marathon route are not paved, but almost solid sandy roads.
10 km Antenne Brandenburg Lauf - Burg (Sunday)
The track is completely asphalted and very fast and fluid to run and has no height differences. Until 4km it runs together with the half marathon and the marathon runners. This run is suitable for all beginners.
