1. Serengeti Safari Marathon will be on 16th November 2024, Western part of Serengeti National Park - Ndabaka Gate.
2. Marathon Categories for 2024:-
a) 42kms - Full Marathon
b) 21kms - Half Marathon
c) 10kms - Executive Run
d) 5kms - Fun Run
3. These activities will combine both rough and tarmac terrains with different routes, each route passing through the endless plains of Serengeti National Park. The Starting Point will be inside the national park for all marathon categories.
4. Serengeti Safari Marathon 2024 comprises both concept of "SPORTS" and "TOURISM" with major aim of promoting tourism through "TUNZA MALIASILI THEME (WILDLIFE STEWARDSHIP)".
IMPORTANT:
ONLY local runners can sign up for "East Africa Participants" tickets. If non-local runners attempt to purchase local tickets, the registration will be cancelled.

When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Bibs/Race kit will be collected from Arusha Office and Bunda, also on three last days to event all race kits will be collected at Lamadi (Ndabaka gate).
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
Yes, someone can do that but with your confirmation.
How do I get to the race location?
Buses will take runners to starting point early in the morning 1100hrs.
Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
Yes. Its has to be earlier 7 days before event day.
