Can someone collect my race pack for me?
Yes, as long as you have a photo of your ID and federation card or insurance if you have marked that you have one.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Entry fees are non-refundable.
Is there an area to spend the night with the van?

Do I need to take out race insurance?
If you have insurance, managed by federations or private companies, that covers sports accidents, you do not need to take out insurance for the race. Make sure it includes the event activity.
