When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Race bibs can be collected at the Runner's Fair: on Friday, November 6, 2026, from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm, and on Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 10:00 am to 1:30 pm and from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Once registration is accepted, the registration fee will not be refunded except in the following cases: An 80% refund of the registration fee will be issued upon presentation of a sports injury certificate indicating that recovery will not be possible by the race date, subject to prior consultation with the organizers. Applications will only be accepted until November 1st. No refunds will be given for common illnesses. Any expenses arising from refunds or transfers will be the responsibility of the registered runner.
