New this year, the Mediterranean Epic Triathlon is growing!
On Saturday you can enjoy the FULL and HALF distances and on Sunday the OLYMPIC and SPRINT distances.
We want the triathlon party to be complete, and for your entire club to come and enjoy this incredible weekend!
Oropesa del Mar and Cabanes offer us a magnificent combination to have the perfect venue to host an event of these characteristics.

Course details
Swim - 3,800m 2 laps of 1,900m
Bike - 177 km and 1,330 m of elevation gain (3 laps of 59 km and 443 m of elevation gain)
Run - 42km: 4 laps of 10.5km. FLAT course
HALF
Swim - 1,900m 1 turn
Bike - 86 km and 750 m D+ (2 laps of 43 km and 375 m D+)
Run - 21Km: 2 laps of 10.5 km. FLAT course
OLYMPIC
Swim - 1,500m 2 laps of 750m
Bike - 39 km and +260 m (2 laps of 19.50 km and +130 m)
Run - 10km with 2 laps of 5km – flat
SPRINT
Swim - 750m 1 lap
Bike - 19.50 km to 1 lap and +130 m
Run - 5km 1 lap – flat
