Häv & Gräv VikboVändan is a multisport event offering running, cycling, and a unique duo class that combines both disciplines, all on a scenic course measuring approximately 45 km. The route traverses a mix of gravel and asphalt and features stops at local farms and partner stations, where participants can enjoy regional treats and refreshments. Energy stations are available roughly every five kilometers, with water, sports drinks, and snacks provided. The event emphasizes sustainability; pre-registered participants receive foldable cups to avoid disposable waste. Prizes are awarded for top placements in each category, and all finishers receive medals and a well-filled goodie bag.
A children’s race is also offered free of charge, featuring shorter distances and fun rewards like ice cream and medals. The course is open to both competitive and recreational participants, with timekeeping for all main classes but no official sanctioning or distance control. Safety, community spirit, and local produce are at the core of this welcoming event.

When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
6 Aug, 16:00-18:00 at Optiker Persson, Drottninggatan 66, Norrköping. There is also a possibility of picking up a number tag at the start on the day of the race, but we prefer you pickup before.
Are helmets mandatory?
Yes, helmets are mandatory for all cyclists.
Are electric bikes allowed?
No, electric bicycles are not allowed.
What is the surface on the course?
The course is approximately 50/50 gravel/asphalt.
