The BEST OF THE BEST MARATHON was founded in 2019 and proudly hosted its inaugural race in 2020. Organized by the Amaravens Athletics Club, the marathon has quickly grown into one of KwaZulu-Natal’s standout running events, attracting athletes of all levels who share a passion for endurance, discipline, and community spirit. With a strong focus on excellence, the event has been carefully designed to provide a world-class running experience that celebrates both athletic achievement and the vibrant culture of the region.
