Join Bukhara Night Race 2025
The Bukhara Night Race is a unique event held in the heart of the historic city, running alongside the Bukhara Biennale. Since 2022, participants have gathered near the Ark Fortress to race along illuminated streets, passing iconic sites such as madrasahs, mosques, the Kalon Minaret, and traditional trading domes. Soft lantern light and architectural illumination transform Bukhara at night, offering an unforgettable atmosphere. Race formats include a half marathon, 5 km, 10 km, Nordic walking, children’s runs, and plogging. The event emphasizes social and environmental responsibility through the "Avvalgidan Tozaroq" program, encouraging clean-up runs to keep Bukhara’s streets pristine. Accredited by SheRACES, the race follows global standards for equality and inclusion. The evening culminates with a musical program, making the Bukhara Night Race a celebration of sport, culture, and community in one of the world’s oldest cities.

When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
The race pack distribution will take place from September 10 to 11, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the following address: Tashkent, 1 T. Shevchenko Street (Art and Culture Development Foundation of the Republic of Uzbekistan). On September 13, 2025, distribution will continue in Bukhara (time and location will be announced later on our social media pages)
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
Yes, another person can collect the race pack on your behalf with a signed authorization form. A sample of this form can be found on our website.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Our races are charitable events. Refunds are not possible, but we can cancel your registration.
