Can someone collect my race pack for me?
If someone is collecting BIBs on behalf of other participants, they must present a consent letter from the registered participants in order to receive the BIB.
Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
Registrations for the race are not transferable from one person to another. In case the registered participant is unable to participate in the event, they can get their registration transferred to a different race in our race calendar within the same season, subject to sending a mail confirmation 45 days prior to the event date, and paying a transfer fee and the difference in registration cost, if any. Cancellation and refund of registration fee will not be entertained in any case
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?

Official cutoff time
To ensure the safety of all participants and the timely reopening of the race course, the following cutoff times will be strictly enforced: 50K - 7hrs 37.5K - 5hr 30 mins 25K - 3hr 30 mins 12.5K - 1hr 30 mins 5K- 1hr Participants who fail to complete the course within the cutoff times will be required to withdraw from the race. If any participant chooses to continue running beyond the cutoff time, no route support will be provided, and an official finisher’s certificate will not be issued
Cancellation Policy
A You confirm that, in the event of adverse weather conditions, major incidents or threats on the day, any of the force majeure or restriction by authority, the organizers reserve the right to stop/cancel/postpone the event. *The Event Organizers reserve the right to change the course, or make any other amendment to the Event that is deemed necessary to stage the Event. This could include but is not limited to; changing the race route, delaying the race, stopping participants on the course until the situation is deemed appropriate to continue, altering the distance of the route, canceling or other measures deemed necessary. *The event organizer possesses the sole authority to cancel tickets for the event. Their role includes the discretionary power to postpone and/or cancel the event as deemed necessary by the company's guidelines and policies.
No On-Spot Registration:
On-spot registrations will not be available. Participants must register in advance to secure their participation.
