What is the cancelation/refund policy for this event?
The organization reserves the right to cancel the event in the event of force majeure without having to justify itself. In the event of cancellation, the organization will reimburse the participants according to the costs incurred by the association. The amount refunded will be communicated directly to registrants. A voluntary organization that has no desire to make a profit, the association will make every effort to compensate registrants as best as possible in the event of cancellation.
Cut-off time
The race time limit is set at 3:40 am, beyond which the arriving runners will no longer be classified. The time barriers will be specified on the day of the race according to the prefectural authorizations in particular at the level of the supplies and the PK15 (ATTENTION chalet Reynard – closing scheduled at 11:00 a.m. i.e. 2:30 a.m. of race)
