Yellow and Red Foundations team is delighted to welcome you for the annual edition of Yellow & Red's Ramanagara Marathon to create awareness about Water Crisis and its effective consumption.

Our trail track is different from anything you have experienced before. It is a complete recipe of nature, navigating through the range of paths like Tarmac Road - Kutcha Road - Village Route - Mountain Trails - Paddy & Mango Fields and Rocky Terrains.

This event is organized by Yellow and Red Foundations (A registered charitable trust under Yellow and Red Services Pvt Ltd), Ramanagara, to create awareness about Water Crisis. This is a Non-Profit event.

Redefine 1/2 (21.1K)
The Half Marathon, as it is popularly known is for seasoned runners. This 21.1 km race route with scenic route on either side will pass through paddy and mango fields. Nature at its best will re-define your running experience. 

Rock 11K
Ever popular among enthusiastic amateur runners. This trail with greenery on either side will take you through muddy and rocky beds of Jala Siddeshwara hills. 

Rural 7K
This run category is popular among all age groups. It’s a trail completely rural with scenic country side and kutcha track. You will get to experience the silence of the nature and early morning sun-rise. 

Seniors 7K
This category salutes and celebrates those veteran runners who display never say die attitude. Men in this category must be minimum 55 years and women must be minimum 45 years.

Students 7K
This category run creates awareness on health benefits of running, among younsters and open only for Ramanagara High School Students.

Practicalities

After Race Services

There will be Energy Stations serving water and light refreshments for all runners/walkers. The participants can take advantage of the medical tent at the finish area.

Age Limit

Minimum age criteria for participant is 14 Years. Participants under the age of 14 are also welcome as long as they are accompanied by an adult.

Aid Stations

Energy Stations will be set up at regular intervals (approx. every 2Kms) and shall be serving water, biscuit, electrolytes and fruits. Also an emergency First Aid kit will be made available at every energy stations.

Award Medals

All finishers will receive a Certificate and Medal after crossing the finish line as a token of appreciation.

Equipment Storage

We will be organizing a cloak room for safe storage of your personal belongings. However, we request you not to leave any valuables with the baggage. Depositing personal belongings in the area is entirely each runner's responsibility and the Ramanagara Marathon organizers are not responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings.

Maximum Time

Ideally, we would like to give maximum time possible for every runner to finish the event. However, since the event is supported by volunteers, it would not be possible for us to support the event beyond 4 hours. We would be closing the Energy Stations in a phased manner. Organizing team would still be available at the finish line until the last runner finishes the event.

Parking

Parking space will be available at event location - Kempegowdana Doddi, Pradhikara Layout, Magadi Road, Ramanagara.

Transport

Transportation facility is available from Bengaluru. You can avail this paid facility during Online Registration. If missed during registration, then you can avail at Transportation Booking.
