Medical stations are set up at intervals of 2.5km, with signs put up 100m before each medical station. In addition, volunteers will be stationed every 100m throughout the race, and an ambulance will also be present along the race route. Personal accident insurance is also purchased for all volunteers, participants and staff. However, runners are recommended to purchase additional insurance for themselves.
All participants of the 5km health run will receive certificates of participation, and all participants who complete the half marathon will receive a finisher's medal, as well as other documents. The top 8 runners for the half marathon will receive prize money of 6000, 4000, 3000, 2000, 1000, 800, 500, 300RMB respectively, and the top three runners will receive an additional medal, a trophy, as well as a sponsored track suit, in addition to the prize money.
Equipment storage spaces will be available for all participants of the half marathon, where participants can store their items at the start point according to the individual bib number. Kindly refrain from leaving any valuable items in your bags, and proceed to collect your items after the race. Any items uncollected after 12.30pm will be brought back to the organizer's office, and disposed if still uncollected within 3 days.
Participants of the half marathon are expected to complete distances of 5km, 10km, 15km, 20km and the half marathon within 1h30m, 2h, 2h45m, 3h45m and 4h respectively. Traffic would resume after the maximum time for each distant has elapsed and runners who are unable to complete the distance should immediately stop the race to prevent any injury or accidents. A vehicle would also be present to ferry these runners to the end point.
The race kit issued to all runners contains the runner's bib number, the timing chip, a t-shirt, as well as a bag to store these items.
All participants can find stations with refreshments set at intervals of 5km, and an additional water point between two refreshment stations.
Participants of the Half Marathon will be handed out one-time use timing chips for the race. Timing stations will be set up at the start and end points, as well as at intervals of every 5km. All runners would be required to clear all time stations in order to complete the race, and multiple participants who pass through multiple timing stations with a difference in time of less than 0.1s will be disqualified from the race.
