When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Place : Kulturpark Tennis Court, Konak-Izmir 18.04.2024 From 12:00 – To 19:00 19.04.2024 From 10:00 – To 19:00 20.04.2024 From 10:00 – To 19:00 21.04.2024 Race Day - The kit will not be distributed. Registered athletes are required to come to get their bib numbers themselves.
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
Race kits are only delivered to the registrant by checking their identity information.
How do I get to the race location?

Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
If you send an e-mail to the contact address in the confirmation e-mail until two weeks before the start time, we can help you with the category change.
What is the cancelation/refund policy for this event?
Athletes who want to cancel their race registration due to health problems can get the race fee back with a 30% deduction by sending the relevant doctor's report 15 days before. Any excuse other than health is not valid for the cancellation of the race registration.
