When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Friday 17 and Saturday 18 November 2023 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM Expo Meloneras (Convention Square, 35100 – Meloneras) No race bibs will be issued on the day of the race. You must collect your race material on the days and at the times indicated in the Regulations.
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
Yes, bibs numbers may be taken off by anyone other than the runner with a duly completed authorisation.
Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
No, there are no refunds or changes of modality or transfer of registrations to other runners.
What is the cancelation/refund policy for this event?
The refund of the registration fee is subject to the cancellation insurance of the race. If the cancellation insurance is not taken out, no refunds, changes of modality, or transfers of registrations to other runners will be made.
Cut-off times
We know that the marathon is a very tough goal, that's why we give you up to 6 hours to complete it. The 10K has a time limit of 1.5 hours.
