The largest running event in Finland, Helsinki City Running Day, attracts 15 000 runners from over 80 nations and combines five running distances into one day. The event venue and the finish line will be at the iconic Helsinki Olympic Stadium.
There is something for everyone; Finland’s largest half marathon Helsinki City Run, the original marathon of Helsinki; Helsinki City Marathon, marathon + half marathon = Helsinki City Double, Helsinki City Marathon Relay, the 5K street run Helsinki City 5 and on Friday the day before adult's distances there will be the adorable children Minimarathon.

When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Helsinki Olympic Stadium, the day before the race day or on the race day 1 hour prior your start.
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
Yes. Just provide your qr-code to the person who is collecting your race pack.
How do I get to the race location?
From the city centre you can either walk or use the public transportation. From Elielinaukio (railway station) all the busses goes near the Olympic Stadium. Also you can take a tram 2, 4 or 10 which all are going to the Olympic Stadium. The name of the stop is Töölön Kisahalli / Töölö Sports Hall or Oopperatalo / Opera huset.
Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
Yes you can. If you are already registered in an event but you’d rather take part in another distance the same day, please send us email: [email protected]. You will get instructions to pay the price difference between the events. If you want to change it to cheaper event we will not return the price difference.
