Experiencing a race in the high mountains is the assurance of continually marvelling at the scenery. And when it's in the Ecrins massif, the feeling is increased tenfold!
Between 800m and 3200m in altitude, the Défi de la Muzelle takes its runners through the most beautiful trails around Les 2 Alpes.
A 100km challenge in the mountains over 4 stages
A magnificent challenge of 100 kilometers and 6500 meters of elevation gain. These figures are the dream of many trail runners and the 4 stages separated by good restorative nights will allow you to face the challenge with confidence and cross the symbolic milestone of 100km!
After that, you can be certified as a high mountain trail runner. Welcome to the club!
